I donât have dark circles around my eyes, but I do have puffy eyes ( due to an under active thyroid) and this works quite well. My eyelids are very puffy especially in the mornings and this soothes and depuffs by almost 60-70%. The metal applicator feels very cooling and relieveds fatigue too around the eye area. Was quite sceptical about its efficacy but am pleasantly surprised. Iâve used it for about 3 weeks now and I use this about 30-45 mins prior to applying makeup to reduce puffiness.
